With a background working in the mental health arena, she has a wealth of knowledge on developing a better mindset and how to improve your mental wellbeing. She's competed in bodybuilding for many years as a figure athlete. She has walked the walk when it comes to being underweight, overweight, body image issues and struggling to find balance in life.. This gives her the empathy and understanding of most issues people face day to day.

We call her wham Carrol for a reason. She has broken the cycle of going to pointless gym classes (for her goals) and having little consistency with nutrition to being one of the hardest workers in the room at her gym, consistently nailing nutrition and finally getting that muscular physique she dreamed of.

In just 16 weeks, not only did Jamie completely transform his physique, we got rid of the bad habits holding him back. He became completely unstoppable with his goal and that hard work has definitely paid off.
