Why it matters: One-size-fits-all programmes don’t work. Tailoring workouts, nutrition, and mindset strategies to each client's goals, lifestyle, and challenges ensures relevance and sustainability.
What this looks like: Custom plans, regular check-ins to adapt based on progress, and considering factors like time availability, stress levels, and preferences
Why it matters: Results come from what’s done consistently, not occasionally. Accountability helps clients stay on track even when motivation dips.
What this looks like: Weekly check-ins, progress tracking, goal setting, automated reminders, and using tools like habit trackers or community groups to keep clients engaged and committed.
Why it matters: A client who understands why they’re doing something is more likely to stick with it. Long-term success comes from building knowledge and confidence.
What this looks like: Teaching clients about nutrition, training principles, mindset techniques, and lifestyle habits. Giving them tools to make decisions without relying on a coach forever.
Hello
Have you ever asked yourself:
✓ How can I improve my physique, mindset and health?
✓ I’m feeling low on energy - how can I find a different perspective to feel better?
✓ How can I find time to workout and improve my nutrition?
✓ How do I incorporate a new training regime into my lifestyle.
If so, you’re in the right place...
Getting fit and healthy can be tough but with the right coach, environment and accountability that consistently help you towards your health and fitness goals – it becomes much easier.
If you’re frustrated and unclear what to do next to take your mind and body to the next level and know you have the potential to get in the BEST shape of your life, then LPC can help you so you’ll never struggle again.
LPC is led by Lou Harwood an Online Physique Coach and Personal Trainer, who is considered the authority on getting everyday people in the BEST shape of their lives. She works with lifestyle clients, competitive athletes and those wanting to do a photoshoot prep
She is the person people go to when they need help with their own health, nutrition, training and mindset.
With a background working in the mental health arena, she has a wealth of knowledge on developing a better mindset and how to improve your mental wellbeing. She's competed in bodybuilding for many years as a figure athlete. She has walked the walk when it comes to being underweight, overweight, body image issues and struggling to find balance in life.. This gives her the empathy and understanding of most issues people face day to day.
No matter what your current body shape is, if you're a 25-45 year old man or woman looking to get after your goal physique, improve your mindset and finally say goodbye to the habits holding you back, Lou will guide and educate you on how to achieve your physique goal without the complicated crap we see online.
We call her wham Carrol for a reason. She has broken the cycle of going to pointless gym classes (for her goals) and having little consistency with nutrition to being one of the hardest workers in the room at her gym, consistently nailing nutrition and finally getting that muscular physique she dreamed of.
Colette went from hating her body to feeling confident and happy with how she looks. She got herself into a rut with food and training until she joined LPC where she developed good habits, a good routine (despite day/night shift rotations) and in doing so, got results like this.
